This brand-new, fully furnished 1-bedroom / 1-bath ADA-accessible apartment is thoughtfully designed for comfort, functionality, and modern living.



The living area features contemporary furnishings, a large Smart-TV and an open layout that flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and everything needed for home cooking.



The main bedroom offers a comfortable king-size with high-quality linens, Smart-TV, and ample storage. The bathroom is an ADA-accessible bathroom with a barrier-free roll-in shower and open wet-room design, providing additional space and maneuverability for guests with mobility needs. Please note that, as part of this accessible design, the shower and toilet are located within the same open bathroom area rather than separated by a traditional shower enclosure. The bathroom is finished with clean, modern fixtures and include fluffy towels along with essential amenities such as shampoo, body wash and conditioner. The apartment also includes an in-unit washer & dryer, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.



Guests also enjoy access to a beautiful rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Miami’s atmosphere. The building itself is newly constructed and located in the heart of South Beach, Miami Beach —just minutes from the beach, Lincoln Road, top restaurants, shopping, and nightlife.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, private access to the apartment and shared access to all available building amenities.



Access to the unit is via secure, self check-in using a smart lock or keypad.



The rooftop pool is available for guest use during designated building hours. Common areas are shared with other residents and guests of the building.



Check-in instructions and access codes will be provided prior to arrival, there is no front desk or concierge on site.



Parking at the property is not included. If available, parking may be rented separately for the duration of your stay. Nearby public and paid parking options are also available.

Everything you need is close by—cafés, grocery stores, fitness studios, and scenic bayfront paths—making it easy to explore Miami Beach on foot or by bike.



Getting Around:

South Beach is one of Miami’s most walkable neighborhoods, and many restaurants, shops, and the beach are easily reached on foot. For your groceries, you are actually very close to a Wholefoods, Publix Super Market and even a Trader Joe's.



Citi Bike stations are located just around the corner, offering a convenient way to explore the area. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are widely available throughout Miami Beach and provide easy access to and from the property.



For airport travel, Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport (FLL) are both easily accessible by car or rideshare. Public transportation options, including local bus routes, are also available nearby for getting around Miami Beach and beyond.

The apartment is thoughtfully stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. Guests will find all sorts of essentials like pool towels, umbrellas for those rainy days, as well as other practical items including a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, luggage rack, and a basic first-aid kit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and small appliances, including a blender, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Board games and other small comforts are also provided for your enjoyment.
