While the property initially appears spacious and well-suited for a large family, our experience was marred by significant maintenance failures and unprofessional management.The home suffers from severe plumbing deficiencies. During our stay, multiple toilets backed up, the efficiency shower overflowed, and raw sewage backed up into the master bedroom shower. Despite the owner attempting to deflect blame onto my guests, the specific warnings regarding plumbing in the welcome materials suggest these are known, pre-existing issues.Furthermore, the property's amenities were largely non-functional or inadequate:Kitchen & Cooking: The stovetop was inoperable, the ice maker failed, and the kitchen was stocked with insufficient cookware for a family. Outside, the burners were malfunctioning and difficult to control.General Maintenance: Only half of the driveway gate functioned, two bedroom TVs lacked remotes, and we were provided with dirty towels.Amenities: No instructions were provided for the jacuzzi, rendering it unusable.Our vacation was significantly disrupted as we had to remain on-site to oversee maintenance visits. Communication from the host was unacceptably slow, with app responses taking over an hour and phone calls going unanswered. An offer of 100 is an insulting gesture given the gravity of these issues and the unsanitary conditions we encountered. I cannot recommend this property.
