The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests within two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and its own smart TV, while the second bedroom offers two double beds and a bunk bed. Extra pillows, blankets, and room-darkening shades help ensure restful nights after days on the beach.



Living spaces

A spacious layout of 1346 ft² provides plenty of room to relax. The living area invites you to gather with family or friends, with a smart TV for entertainment. Large glass doors open directly to the balcony, where you can sit back and take in expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, blender, and all the basics needed to prepare meals. Dishes, silverware, and cookware are provided, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before the beach or dinner after a day exploring.



Building amenities

As a guest at Sian Ocean Residences, you have access to shared facilities that include a seasonal swimming pool with a sundeck and a fitness center. The building also provides a business center with high-speed internet, a room with an entertainment area, and valet parking available for an additional charge. An elevator ensures convenient access to the apartment.



Essential comforts

The unit includes WiFi throughout and a dedicated workspace for remote needs. Air conditioning and heating keep the temperature comfortable year-round. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher. Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with hangers and an iron.



Neighborhood

Located on South Ocean Drive, the apartment places you right on the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. Downtown Hollywood, Aventura Mall, and grocery stores are just a short ride away, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby.

Spend time on your private balcony overlooking the water. The location allows you to step outside and immediately connect with the beach atmosphere.

Guest Access:

Guests will check-in at the Residences via Front Desk.

There is a mandatory FOB of USD $30 for every 3 guests charged at check-in. This fee can only be paid by credit or debit card. This grants access to common areas like seasonally heated pool, gym, room with entertainment area, . If you have a car, there is valet parking for $20/night.



The Neighborhood:

Located on South Ocean Drive, the condo places you within walking distance of the beach and just minutes by car from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, Aventura Mall, and local dining and entertainment. The convenience of nearby attractions makes it easy to balance time at the shore with exploring the area.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient during your stay 🚕🚌



Public transportation is available nearby, with bus stops offering multiple routes throughout the area. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft operate smoothly and are readily available for quick trips to the beach, shopping, dining, and nearby attractions.



With major roads close by, traveling to Fort Lauderdale, Miami, airports, and popular destinations is simple and stress-free ☀️🌴

Unauthorized late check-outs after 11:00 AM will incur a penalty fee of $100 for each hour or partial hour beyond the designated check-out time.

- Damage waiver for reservation per company policy is USD $99 listed in platform when possible, and is included in the total price shown.
