This location really is in the heart of everything! There are plenty of great dining options on Ocean Drive, Española Way or just sit at a coffee shop and people-watch at world famous Lincoln Road.

Española Way is 1 block, Lincoln Road is 2 blocks away.

Walk out of our hotel condo on Ocean Drive and you are a few steps from the Beach.

No Car required! There is plenty of incredible local options for all types of activities which are just a quick walk away. Seriously - everything is 5-10 minutes!

Lyft and Uber are well serviced for longer excursions.

Valet parking is available inside the hotel. This can be contracted directly with the hotel and paid by cash. The posted rate is $50 / night, but can change without notice.

There is also a municipal parking lot about 3 minutes walk away on 16th Street and Collins. This is a much cheaper option at $20/day. If you don't want valet, it is a great alternative.... but seriously, a car is not needed!
