The property itself was beautiful and very clean, and it matched the photos. Unfortunately, the main reason I booked this stay was for the heated pool and hot tub, and that was a major disappointment.Before arriving, I specifically reached out due to colder weather in the forecast and was assured the pool and hot tub would be heated to 80–85F. When I arrived, both were freezing, and the heating system showed a temperature of 60F, making them unusable.I contacted management immediately. They said someone would come to inspect it, but no one came while I was there, and no compensation or resolution was offered. The following day, I was told someone had checked the system and that everything was working properly, despite clear video evidence showing otherwise, which I shared with VRBO.What made this experience especially frustrating was the lack of transparency, accountability, and willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. Requests for some form of refund were denied. The amenities were misrepresented, and customer service was very unsatisfactory.
