'Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available.

"Mooi hotel met ruime en schone kamers. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf de rooftop op de 32e verdieping. Heerlijk gegeten en gedronken met een prachtig uitzicht en live muziek. Het kan er wel erg druk zijn."

After a long journey and arriving at 3:00 AM, I was exhausted and hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the odor made it impossible to relax. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would not stay here again."
"After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. "
