'Gelukkig maar één nacht verbleven in dit hotel. Niet gezellig, badkamer ruikt niet fris, oud decor, oud en beschadigd meubilair, flink gat in badkamer deur. Het ziet er niet echt schoon uit. Pluspunten: goede douche, en de bedden en handdoeken waren schoon. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Twee-persoons matras is hard. Eén-persoons bed is ok. Dunne kussens. Full English breakfast is ok. Zag daarnaast niet veel anders dan cereals, cornflakes e.d. In het geheel geen plezierig hotel om in te...

'We had a fantastic stay at the butchers arms. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with another hotel and Andrew and his team couldn’t do enough for us. What a lovely place to stay. Very clean place. Bed was super comfy had a fantastic nights sleep. We will definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Andrew and all the team for looking after us. 😊😊'

'Way overpriced for what you get. Old reputation may be good but that must be years ago. Noisy room. No cleaning of rooms when you stay longer than 1 night. Old building. The staff tried to do their best but can not help the problems this hotel has.'

'Excellent property and lovely stay. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Hot tub was immaculate and we were even lucky enough to have some nice weather too! '

'It had everything we needed for a one nights stay. The only thing we couldn’t find was the switch for the heating as we did need to take the chill off now it’s getting cooler. Despite the fire alarm going off and no one knowing what to do at 5am we had a pleasant stay'

'Onpersoonlijke B&B. '

'Really lovely stay for 3 nights. Gorgeous room and bathroom, great friendly staff and good food. Very good value. Train station right across the road. Would definitely stay again.'

'Rooms are good. Suites much better with extra space and nice view. '

'Veel stuk of werkte niet. Slot voordeur, douche slang, nacht lampen bij bed werken niet, bank op balkon kan je niet op zitten, realing stuk gevaarlijk.'

'We had a lovely overnight night stay at the Wallace. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and tidy with tea, coffee and Welsh cakes. The pub was inviting with roaring log burner which gave extra coziness. The evening meal was delicious😋 The best local sourced fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Full English breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay again'
