Everything is elegantly furnished; Oleandro 1 has a living room with air conditioning , with mosquito nets, with sofa that becomes double bed, sat TV and dining table for 6 people. This area gives access to a private terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and has a dining table for 4 people. The bedrooms are two, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bathrooms are two, one with shower and the other only with toilet. Near the entrance of the apartment available for guests there is a washing machine in common with another apartment. Guests of OLEANDRO 1 can use the new swimming pool equipped with tables, chairs, parasol, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Near the pool there is a playing area with ping pong table, beach volley, beach tennis and childrens' games. Guests can have lunch and dinner in the pool area. Inside the property delimited by gate there are available two parking spaces for guests. In just two minutes walking you can reach the lakefront of Mergozzo with bars and restaurants. In Mergozzo you can also rent bycicles. Pool opened from 15.05 till 04.10 .Lift usable only for carrying luggage. Babybed and babychair available for guests.
