On the lower ground floor, the sleeping area is arranged across 2 separate rooms: 1 double bedroom with direct access to the garden, and 1 additional room fitted with 2 single beds. A second bathroom on this level includes a bath, bidet, and WC, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.
