Great stay, super convenient to Meredith Bay and grocery store. Very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great, as well as the big deck and yard. Would absolutely stay here again.

Our family spent 4th of July here... its a beautiful house, impeccably clean and the owner was so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this property.Thanks .... we will certainly rent with you again!

We had a great stay with the family at Mark's place. We walked into a very clean house with almost everything we needed for our stay (there were no dish towels or washclothes). The pool and hot tub were also clean. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us. And the kids loved the arcade room!The house was set off from the main street so it was very quiet but it was really close to downtown Meredith. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our time! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s hard to please some of my family members, but there were no complaints from anybody about the house or our stay. and Mark was incredibly communicative and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location near lake and downtown. Easy access to local mountains for skiing, Snowboarding and tubing. House was comfortable and hot tub view at night amazing.

We had an excellent stay over the holiday week. The location is great and the house itself is superb with comfortable beds, a very nice kitchen and a great home layout. Will definitely be back.

Everything was as described, place is beautiful and the location is perfect. Close to restaurants and nightlife, and short drive to different skiing locations. Plenty to do and host responded with info about property as needed.

We love Meredith and typically go there yearly since there are a number of things we like to do in the area. The house itself was great as was the Wi-Fi, location with just minor issues. The game room was a nice addition. We were excited driving down; however, I received multiple communications regarding what not to do on the property. I understood the purpose, but kept seeing $$$ figures of what we owed if something went wrong , After that, we decided not to use the hot tub. I think I would have preferred that info ahead of time because it can be a bit of a mood killer. The pool was okay. We made the mistake of going to the grocery store to buy food without looking at the grill first-- it was awful with caked food. I was not going to scrape it off and besides it could also be a fire hazard. It was clear it was not cleaned prior to our arrival so I contacted the host; no response. Other minor issues: Not enough towels, especially given the fact you have a pool and a hot tub. Had to buy pods for the washing machine because only 3 pods were left for use. Would recommend replacing ripped rugs and chipped dishes (not healthy). The grill and the fact that I had to contact the host about our refund. With regard to the refund, technically it was "released" on the correct date but not to my account. That didn't happen until 7 days later when I made an inquiry because I couldn't find it. Two hours later it appeared and I received an email.

Beautiful location, very quiet and no close neighbors . Great amenities and plenty of space.We stayed in the winter so the hot tub was great.Really good communication with the property manager.Overall a fantastic stay

This place was very nice! We had a great time on the lake and just hanging by the pool. At night we used the hot tub. All the bedrooms and common areas were very clean! Mark was very responsive to every question we had! We would come back here the area was perfect!
