Our beautiful 3 story home is the perfect place to spend your summer lakeside vacation, or family ski trip. This vacation rental is for the apartment on the 1st floor of the home. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the home are another apartment which has a completely different entrance, to allow for complete privacy! We have rented the upper apartment for 6 years on VRBO and we have 100 5-Star reviews! If you are interested in the upstairs apartment, or perhaps renting both, that is property #669430 on VRBO. Good location. Walking distance to shops restaurants along beautiful Winnipesaukee. Need to look at cleaning crew. First impressions neat but lots of dirt and crime in corners, floors, oven etc; light in half bath so dim could hardly see in the mirror; shower head drips; AC units covered with dirt in vents. Had a problem with internet access and owner was out of town so took a while to get a response.

Don’t let the location of this home turn you away. It’s a 2 minute drive from downtown, hotels, etc. We stayed here with our dog who typically doesn’t do well when traveling, however, he did so well and felt at home. Extremely clean and spacious and we would 100% book again!

Location was perfect. It was walking distance to beaches and also shops/ restaurants. We brought our jet skis and it was a 10 min ride to the boat launch. House was beautiful and very clean! I am 100% hopefully renting again next year for our vacation

All you have to do is park your car in the drive way and walk to Meredith restaurants, park and docks. It must be a fabulous location for the July 4 fireworks. The photos do not do it justice. We were very happy and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck in early morning and evening with the lake view.

We had a fantastic stay in Meredith! The apartment was clean and well stocked with dishes, towels, games, etc. Parking was easy, driveway was clear of snow, and sand was down on some small icy spots. The location can’t be beat, close to everything in Meredith. There were arctic temperatures the weekend that we visited, and Alex made sure to check in with us to see that we were comfortable in the apartment despite the frigid cold outside. This trip was just my husband and I, but there was plenty of space that another couple could have comfortably joined us. We would definitely stay again!

Everything about this home was perfect for our winter get away. Check in was simple. Besides being in a great location close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful Meredith Bay, the house was clean, bright, and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well-appointed and the primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. Our stay was only two days but it would be perfect for longer stays too with plenty of closet space and storage. Summer visitors would enjoy the big screened porch and wrap around covered porch. We look forward to coming again!

We were so happy to have chosen this house to stay for a family wedding weekend. My family stayed downstairs while my brother’s family stayed upstairs. The house was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and the location and views of the lake and sunset were perfect. We were able to walk to all of the events at the Chase House and see all of the sculptures and beautiful views on the way. The beds and pillows were comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. There were also many fun outdoor seating areas. We have stayed at many house rentals and this has been the best by far. We’d love to stay here again. If you’re thinking about staying here, just book it, you’ll be so happy you did!

Very nice home in a very convenient location in Meredith. The home is a little noisy when there are renters in the upstairs unit. Beautiful views of Meredith harbor and an easy walk into town.
