Bayview 1 offers direct access to the Turtle Flambeau Flowage, one of the most well-known outdoor recreation areas in northern Wisconsin.

Guests have access to a dock with parking for up to two boats, making it easy to keep your boat at the property throughout your stay. Electrical power is available at the dock, which is especially convenient for charging trolling motor batteries and other boating equipment.

For guests who want to get on the water without bringing their own boat, the property also provides access to canoes, kayaks, and rowboats.
