Apartment in Merano with a balcony

The apartment is located in Untermais, not far from the city center, surrounded by apple orchards in a very quiet setting.

The apartment is very bright and located in a very quiet area. It consists of one bedroom (which can be separated from the rest of the living area by a sliding door), a bathroom with a large rain shower, a kitchen, and an open living area with a sleeper sofa.
The city center—with its thermal baths, Kurhaus, Old Town, and the Trautmannsdorf Gardens—is a 15-minute walk away and is perfect for strolling and enjoying good food.

The cost for final cleaning is €50, and the visitor’s tax is €2.20 per person per night, both of which are payable on site.
