'I chose this because of the screened in porch to give time and space for some reading and journaling. I now only wish I would have spent more time on the porch but it was great. Do note that there are two other units in the same building. I knew that when I booked this, but my neighbor did not so just be sure you're clear that you are not going to have the whole building to yourself. My neighbors had not originally left me a parking space so make sure you pay attention to the diagram included in...

'This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay.'

'The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.'
