Positioned between Rye back beaches there are many holiday activities within a 5-to-10-minute drive. Let's start at the internationally award-winning Rye hot springs being a 5 minute drive away, offering our guests a VIP pre booked bathing and or massage experience guaranteeing you do not miss out on your deserved pampering, we can offer to book in on your behalf.

A spacious 2 story home in a quiet area, perfect for a romantic escape or a family holiday, Sea paradise is also great for 2 families to enjoy a holiday retreat together as the top level features a large living- dining- kitchen area all overlooking the ocean. A large balcony to be enjoyed from the living area as well as the Master bedroom which also embraces the spectacular ocean views and a commercial grade BBQ, complimenting the master bedroom is a large built-in robe and walk through nook to ensuit with shower and corner spa bath. While the bottom level of house Features a spacious living area with large screen Tv and room for kids to play, 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette, Bathroom and large laundry.
Out back hidden among the trees is an outside entertainment area with a swimming pool which has a table and seating area in and out of the pool, also there is an outdoor shower area. There is also a double bay lock up garage in which we have placed a full-sized pool table, and enough room in driveway to park a boat and a few more cars.

Not just a summer holiday! . Enjoy the colder months in the warmth watching the rain pour down the 8-foot windows and the ever-changing ocean watching for dolphins and whales. Soak in a hot spa and crawl into a warm bed. The only thing that changes in the colder months are our reduced prices!
HOUSE FEATURES:
On the top level is the Master bedroom has access to the balcony and the spectacular ocean views with BBQ, watch the sun rise from your warm King size bed with a lumber control mattress, fitted with an electric blanket, warm Doona and comfortable pillows, also a reverse cycle heating colling in the bedroom. Your beds are made ready for your arrival with clean fresh ironed linen. Bath and beach towels provided which makes packing lighter and easier. The master room has a walk-through wardrobe with built in large wardrobes and a small office nook to complete unfinished business. The ensuite has a shower as well as a corner spa bath, vanity unit and a separate toilet area. The upstairs living area has a dining room setting to enjoy mealtime, there is a TV area with a large lounge centered at the TV and two lounge seats facing the ocean views. Reverse cycle air conditioning unit heating and cooling. The kitchen has an electric 4 burner stove and oven, a microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and all the crockery, utensils and appliances needed for a perfect holiday stay.
On the bottom level there is a large area with enough room for the kids to play, a large TV with a HDMI cord ready to plug in your devises. Reverse cycle heating and cooling, a kitchenette with microwave, small fridge, crockery, utensils, kettle and toaster. A laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. Consisting of 3 Bedrooms downstairs. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has x2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) and bedroom 3 has Queen bed with lumber support sleep easy mattresses, this room also has a small television. House sleeps 10. If accepted, we can cater to Extra persons if needed upon request.
Wifi available as well smart Tvs upstairs and down stairs.

Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. If these times do not suit your own convenient time can be arranged pending new guest arrivals.

We are very particular with whom we choose as preferred guests as we are providing a beautiful home in a prestigious quiet area with luxurious furnishings that need to be respected.
We do not accept Schoolies, golf groups or groups under 25.
There is a strict No party policy. This house is for family's or couples to relax and enjoy.
If our booked guests are inviting visitors to our property, we must be advised.
We are very strict with our policy on groups and celebrations not being allowed at Sea paradise.
Our exterior of house is under camera surveillance which shows us the driveway and the back of house. This allows us to monitor cars entering our property and guidelines being adhered to. All cameras except driveway cameras are off when alarm is disarmed.
