I had booked a King room to accommodate myself, my husband, and our infant son, and I had confirmed this preference twice before arrival.
However, at check‑in we were given a Queen room and told the only available King room had a faulty AC, which wasn’t suitable in the summer heat. Had I known this prior I would have cancelled my booking.
The manager kindly offered a complimentary King‑single rollaway bed for my husband, along with some beverages, which we appreciated.
After checking in, we discovered the hot water wasn’t working. Exhausted and hungry from a 10‑hour drive, we quickly showered in cold water before heading out to eat before the restaurants closed. Despite reporting the issue twice, the hot water wasn’t fixed until the following afternoon.
Overall, our stay was decent. The location near shops and restaurants was very convenient, and the staff were sweet and helpful despite the issues we experienced.
