Panorama Grand - Rowville

Panorama Grand is a spacious seven-bedroom home in Rowville, offering plenty of room for families and groups to come together. With four separate living spaces, three bathrooms and generous accommodation across two levels, there’s space for everyone to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. The master bedroom features its own ensuite with spa, while the seventh bedroom offers additional privacy with its own kitchenette, bathroom and Smart TV.

The home is well equipped for longer stays, with central heating, evaporative cooling and a split system in the master bedroom. Smart TVs are provided in the master bedroom, two of the living areas and the seventh bedroom, while the kitchen and outdoor BBQ make it easy to settle in for meals at home. Outside, there is off-street parking for up to five cars, including four spaces in the garage with an EV charger and one space in the driveway.

Please note that pets are strictly not permitted at Panorama Grand.

Panorama Grand is well positioned for exploring the parks, walking trails and natural beauty of Melbourne’s south-east. Take a short drive to Churchill National Park for walking and mountain biking, with scenic views and plenty of local wildlife to spot along the way. The park was also a venue for mountain biking during the 2006 Commonwealth Games. Cardinia Reservoir is another great option for a day outdoors, with picnic and BBQ areas, walking trails and the chance to see kangaroos and emus in their natural surroundings. Bring your camera and enjoy a day exploring some of the region’s beautiful open spaces before returning to the comfort and space of Panorama Grand.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
