The cottage is on a quiet street on a large lot shared with the main house. Just East of the lot you have private access to the riverside.
Just 3 minutes from Downtown Melbourne which houses the Henegar Center for the Arts, the Melbourne Civic Theatre and a variety of shops, art galleries and restaurants. About 9 minutes from the closest beach access.
Light-sleepers should note that railroad tracks are within half a mile.

The two bedrooms are divided by a common bathroom. Each bedroom and the living room space have independent mini-split AC units for your comfort.

Guest Access/Interaction:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of a locked laundry room utility closet. We provide self check-in so we will not meet in person unless the need arises. The listing is setup exclusively for guest use. We are just a message/call away if you need assistance or suggestions of things to do in the area!

For authorized pets we charge $20/night up to $500 per pet. Please contact us for approval.
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.
