COMMUNAL FACILITIES – TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Beginning 3 August, the pool and spa facilities will be temporarily closed until further notice. The estimated completion for these works is around November 2026.



NEARBY CONSTRUCTION


Construction works are currently taking place across the road from Bronte. These works typically occur Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and may result in some daytime noise.



The apartment itself remains fully accessible, with no impact to its internal amenities or comfort, and evenings are generally quiet. However, we understand that the surrounding daytime activity may not be suitable for guests who are particularly sensitive to noise.



We value transparency and want to ensure you have all the information needed when planning your stay.

This is what you see before you've even had your coffee.



Bronte doesn't just have a view. It lives inside one. Every room, every angle, every quiet moment in this apartment is framed by one of Melbourne's most extraordinary urban panoramas. Curl up on the sofa as the city shifts from gold to grey in the evening. Take your wine to the balcony and watch the lights come on across Southbank. And when you're ready to come back down, the NGV is a ten minute walk. The Botanical Gardens are at your feet. The Yarra is just beyond. Melbourne's best is all around you, and Bronte puts you right at the centre of it.

[PLEASE NOTE]: In accordance with Building Regulations, an induction is required prior to using these facilities and is scheduled at 4:00 PM upon arrival. A $50 refundable deposit applies and will be returned upon completion of the induction and acknowledgment of all applicable rules. Guests unable to attend the 4:00 PM induction may be rescheduled subject to stay length.
