The master BEDROOM comes with a queen-sized bed (can be split into two, if requested) with side tables and lamps, clean luxury linens and all seasons quilts to keep you warm throughout the year. There is sufficient storage space for your belongings and hangers for your clothes in the mirrored built-in robes.
A stylish central BATHROOM with shower room, are stocked with body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for you and your group. We also provide toilet paper, bath towels, and mirrored cabinets for you to store your things. The LAUNDRY space features a washing machine & a dryer, detergent, an iron, and ironing board.
This apartment features security entrance, marble benchtops, and a 50 inch TV. FREE WIFI throughout your stay, available in all rooms. The WIFI details are in the manual provided. We also provide FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE in our office located at 601 Collins Street for early arrivals, etc.

If this amount is not received in time, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re-let it. This bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
