'It’s a new hotel and rooms were clean. Convenient location within Melbourne shopping precinct. Stayed on 7th floor corner room therefore some street noise could be heard. Only issue is where the TV was placed in an odd location in the middle at the end of the bed which was a safety hazard as you can hit your head against it. Tram stop is just right in front at Elizabeth street.'

9.2 van 10, Fantastisch, (1.004 beoordelingen)
'Great place to stay, right across the Queen Vic Market. My room had a kitchen, so it was perfect to go get some veggies and proteins at the market.
Also, tram stops super close to where I had to work and to the city centre. Lots of great Asian restaurants close by.
I stayed for 17 nights and very pleased with my stay! '

'Clean , small gym and pool on 15th floor that was often empty ! , although pool was supposed to be heated it was quite cool , erratic room cleaning times often ment not getting done , room view wasn't great overlooking heating vents , rooms were pretty clean with plenty of space, shower had low pressure , but overall was OK, certainly not a 4 star , area ok , close to everywhere really. Good enough at the right price but don't pay 4 star prices !'

14. ibis Styles Kingsgate
ibis Styles KingsgateMelbourne Central Business District
8.2 van 10, Zeer goed, (1.001 beoordelingen)
'I was in room 319, room was pretty small but it had everything I needed. A few problems though, one was the air conditioning. It was mounted on the wall in front of where you slept so you always had a breeze on you. Another one was the walls are pretty thin, you could hear your neighbours like they were in the room with you. On Saturday night there is a night club close to the hotel and I literally felt like I was in the club myself. It was very very loud and very hard to get some sleep.
