3 bedroom house light, airy and stylish house is located in one of Melbourne's most exciting inner city precincts. Full of colour, famous restaurants and cafes this suburb will deliver a great experience of Melbourne.

The location provides a great base for visiting other parts of Melbourne, being only 5 kms to the CBD, 3 kms to vibrant Fitzroy and 2 km to the iconic Carlton. Trams in either direction from the house will provide a real taste of Melbourne, taking you to the city as well as to famous St Kilda beach.

Located in a quiet safe street, the house is modern and comfortable. We have prepared it as we would like to have it ourselves.

The house is good for children. An small decked outside area is contained, safe and connected to the living area through large glass doors. We overall loved our stay, lovely maintained home, central location in a vibrant area. The only problem we had was we could work out the air con in the main living area downstairs. We were in Melbourne for a 3 days stay, and when we arrived it was warm (air con was on, than you), but then the next two days were wet and cold, and we couldn't turn the air con back on. Maybe a simple cheats guide for the air con would assist (and I had the same air con at home, so not sure what went wrong). Otherwise, good place to stay. Thank you.

The house is beautiful, spacious and filled with natural light, ideal for photos and a relaxed morning with the bridal party. The location in Brunswick East was super convenient and had everything we needed close by. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We were late getting to the house as our luggage was lost by the airline, when we got to the house it was freezing. We couldn’t get the heating to work until the next morning and had a most uncomfortable night. The house was very basic and the walls paper thin. We have been charged extra cleaning which have paid, but we should receive a refund for the first night.

A fabulous property! Location was great with hidden cafes, parks and Lygon Street a short walk away. The beds were all super comfortable and pantry stocked with little bits of pieces. Stunning courtyard out the back!

Perfect Home Place

First impression is the great communication with the owner. Assured us correctly that parking would be no problem. The front garden with blooming white roses was a pretty welcome. Lovely main bedroom & good space the other 2. Kitchen was well equipped & the complimentary pantry items welcomed. Bathroom spacious & laundry facility excellent. Great space for our wedding party for hair, makeup people to set up. The back garden greenery lovely for bridal photos. Brunswick a vibrant location & this gorgeous stylish home, a stroll away from a great cafe, in a quiet street added to the vibe. Couldn’t have asked for more !

Great for the dog!

At the end of the street is a dog friendly park with cafe on corner. Home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Enough room to move about or "hide" on the lounge upstairs. There is one bedroom and bathroom on ground floor which was helpful for guest with stair issues.

We were so happy with our stay here, the location was excellent with both a park at the end of the street and several great cafes within walking distance. The actual house was well equipped and very comfortable for everyone, down to the pillows not being flat pancakes!! Would absolutely recommend this place to families and small groups

There were 4 adults and 4 children in our group and this property suited us ideally. The facilities and inclusions were excellent and the location, with shops and restaurants within an easy walk made for an enjoyable stay. The instructions provided by the host, Sue, were clear and concise and communication with her prior to arrival were great.
