« This is the newest hotel in Haikou and opened during the pandemic period. Had high expectations as I last visited in 2018 and this was still building and I stay at nearby Hilton Haikou. « Personnel très agréable mais coupure d’eau chaude à l’arrivée ! Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour compenser ce désagrément et je l’ennremercie. « Service was excellent. Food was good. Location convenient, not far from city center, surrounding is very green & vibrant at night. All good settings for a wonderful holiday in Haikou. Cons was that room sound insulation is not good enough...sound from the neighboring room & from the lift lobby area could be heard & can be disturbing at night. « The staff are excellent at this hotel and do go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay.
