In high summer, quiet fans in each room provide a pleasant breeze. The bedroom can also be cooled manually before bedtime with a portable air conditioner. Guests have access to a shared garden with a pavilion—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the greenery and fresh air.



The picturesque old town, with its timbered houses, cozy restaurants, and public transport, is just a seven-minute walk away. The lakeside promenade, harbor, and leisure facilities such as mini golf, pedal boat rental, outdoor pool, thermal baths, ferry, and all shopping options are also within easy walking distance. Walking trails directly behind the house invite you to enjoy relaxing outings with beautiful lake and mountain views. Parking is available at the property, and bicycles can be stored securely in a locked bike cellar.
