This beautiful beach front villa is ideal for larger groups or families travelling together. The villa has its own private beach where you can enjoy the sun and sea in the best possible way. It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms. The rooms are well equipped with antique and modern furnishings. The property offers a total of 4 bathrooms in marble. Each floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor and first floor there is a spacious living room and dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor is a beautiful, large terrace that offers a breathtaking view of the sea. In our manicured garden you can relax in the lounge area, or take a few steps and enjoy the beach. Children's play area - the villa has a covered outdoor dining area with children's corner for our younger guests. Villa Del Mar is equipped with Villeroy Boch porcelain and De Longhi coffee machine. A cot and high chair are available on request. Water sports, snorkelling, diving, surfing or canoeing can be tried directly on the beach, which is only 20 m from the house.this beautiful beach villa has a private beach. It is located in a small coastal town called Pjeana Uvala (sandy bay), where several great restaurants are within walking distance and there is a boat harbour nearby.



The first major town is Pula - a 5-minute drive from the property. The largest city on the Istrian peninsula offers various attractions for culture lovers. The rich traces of three thousand years of history, where every step you take through the old town is a sight to see, starting and ending with the Roman amphitheatre.



A 15-minute drive away is a small fishing town - Faana, from where you can take a boat trip to the Brijuni Islands National Park - a must-see in Istria.



Pula Airport is only a 15-minute drive from the property and in the summer months there are many airlines that fly to Pula Airport.



The temperature of the heated pool depends on external factors, including weather conditions and therefore the water temperature cannot be guaranteed.
