In the newly created 2 upstairs is our apartment with: satellite tv, wireless broadband, air conditioning, separate entrance, both bedrooms with separate access through the hallway and a large living room with direct access to the kitchen and dining area. From the living room you have access to your own south-west facing balcony with beautiful views of the bay of Pomer and Premantura. Enjoy the summer over the rooftops of Medulin, the evening sight of moored yachts and the marina in Pomer.

Our house is located on the outskirts in a quiet residential area (dead end) and offers you on the ground floor a 2-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 persons. Both apartments have their own seating area in our well-tended garden, which can be found with its old trees also shadow seekers their place. After our 2nd floor in winter 2005/2006 we also offer a large 3-room apartment for 4 persons and a 1-room apartment for 2 on the 2nd floor. Both apartments have a private balcony with sea views. Other smaller shops and bakeries and 2 pharmacies and a number of souvenir and Schmucklädchen houses the pristine preserved center of Medulin.
