'Friendly front desk staff, adequate parking, nice water pressure from the shower and sink, very clean bathroom, daily room service, but no purified drinking water available without purchase from vending machine. Also, hotel lost power twice, but this was likely affecting more than just the hotel, and happened right after a thunderstorm.'

'The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! '

'Do NOT book here! It was dirty! Trash in the bathroom floor. Horrible smell. Less than half a roll of toilet paper. Two bath towels for a room that sleeps 4. The person at the check in window didn’t want to give us anything else. I should have known to run away when it said all over the check in that no refunds after 15 of checking in! '

'Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly. Air worked great. Tv didn’t work well. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Hot water was good restroom wasn’t too clean. Not even shampoo and conditioner but they had some. Bed sheets were a little dirty. Carpet was dirty. Mattress was comfy. Check out was easy I like the 12pm check out time.'

'Breakfast was nice, check-in guy with the portable oxygen was very rude. I can’t believe he would even be hired to work there. Not welcoming at all and had a very bad attitude. The rest of the staff was kind except for him. We requested towels and never got them. Our room had mold in the shower, found bottles of alcohol unopened in towels in the bathroom.. very odd… '
