'Bed wasnt the usual awesome bed like the other Holiday Inn Expresses Ive stayed in. Hard as a rock. And, please have some gluten free muffin or toast. Others do have this as well.'

'We arrived at the hotel and unloaded all our luggage in our room. I didn't notice right away, but I eventually caught this exposed, bare wiring sticking out from under the light fixture. I had my 4 year old in the room at the time clicking all the light switches on and off. I'm no electrician but I'm pretty sure if this wire was live, my toddler could have been SHOCKED. I brought this up to the front desk along with pictures and they apologized, but told me they were unable to comp or discount...
