The house was a great place to have quiet but just minutes away from everything. The fun style of the house and layout was perfect for a large group. Loved the outdoor areas and the farm store, amazing! We bought some fruit and a key lime pie that was to die for. We were a bit bummed the pool was not usable for our stay during spring break but otherwise we had a good stay.

The owners happened to be out of town, and no one answered the phone. We had to go to the family farm after we got code that morning and when checking in, noticed the toilet in the primary had overflowed. The person at the farm called a plumber who came and unclogged the toilet and cleaned up the mess an hour plus later. The property shows wear & tear throughout. The shared bathroom for 2 bedrooms (one bedroom is across the house from the shared bathroom) is a bathtub ONLY and if you need to shower, you have to use either of the primary suite's bathrooms. The pool is not maintained. The common living room/dining room is the best feature in the house.

The host was helpful and welcoming. Information was on time and accurate. When we arrived, we found the carport was littered was animal feces. We found the same at the front door in a planter space. The house is choppy and has a very strange flow. Looked like add on after add on. There was only one partial roll of paper towels. The hot tub was clean, however, the cover smelled like mold. The pool was awful, hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Several light bulbs were out or missing. The shower in the master bath was awkward and poorly designed. insufficient lighting at the dining table in the great room. Only one trash can for a large group. Not enough. Overall, we had a fun time. That being said, the home needed a lot of attention.

The home was beautiful and a neat layout. We happened to have a power outage during our stay, and the host was very responsive and kept us informed. It was neat to stay on the farm too. Recommend!

Really nice house. Super roomy. Plenty of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon.

It was so nice! I loved the house. There were just a couple things that looked like the needed some love or replaces. The stairs in the back are a little bowed. And the lid next to the pool is broken. But outside of that everything was absolutely wonderful! I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much the property is so beautiful. I loved the cat the came around to say hi a couple times a day. So cute!

The house was perfect for our family reunion and surprise birthday party! It was very well appointed, very clean, and in a nice private setting.Unfortunately, during our stay we were unable to use the pool as it was not clean. The manager had warned us on Tuesday that, because of a storm the evening before, there was debris in the yard, but they were working on getting it cleaned up. When we arrived Thursday afternoon, there was debris and algae in the pool. We did not talk to the manager but did talk to the owner of the property who happened to be there, and he said he would get in touch with the manager. On Friday the debris was cleaned out of the pool, but the algae was still there and wasn't cleaned up during our stay. It was very disappointing, especially for the grandchildren, as it was over 100 degrees during our stay.

Great house and location

House was great for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to visit and nice big kitchen. Beautiful property, great location for Medford, Jacksonville and Central Point shopping and restaurants. However, there is not enough bedding or towels for 12 people. Towels had to be washed daily and there are no extra blankets for the couches that had to be used to accommodate 12. And total bummer that when we were there the hot tub was not working.

Great group vacation house!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is roomy, the kitchen was a perfect size for our large group. Everything was clean and tidy. The hot tub was out order which we didn’t find out until right before we went down. Our kids loved being out at the pool and being able to hang out on the back patio! Amber was very responsive and helpful!

Birthday Celebration and Family Reunion

We rented all 3 properties (the main house, cottage and yurt). The location, number of bedrooms, amenities (pool, sauna, large conversational areas), dining areas, large kitchen in the main house were excellent. Property Manager was very responsive when we were onsite and had questions or issues. We had a few items that we felt needed to be conveyed to the Property Manager which we did at the end of our stay. Overall, it was a great experience, birthday celebration (a 90th), and family reunion. We would definitely return in the future.

Very nice house and great communication with Amber. Some Needs: 1. Pool not ready for several days due to treatments and heat. 2. Sugar Ants in Kitchen and bathrooms 3. Master bathroom toilet would not stop running when flushed. 4. We understood checkout was at 11:00 - cleaning crew came at 10:15 and said it was 10:00.

Family Thanksgiving and Surprise Engagement

Wow! what a great experience we had at this location! The home was beautiful, lots of room for everyone. Everyone had their own space. The property was beautiful! It had a beautiful Koi Pond for us to visit and lots of property for us who walked in the mornings. I loved the kitchen with the two sinks and two ovens to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner was a plus. The whole family was surprised by my daughter's guy who purposed to her under the wooden Gazebo this trip!

Amazing getaway

The property and area are gorgeous. What an absolute respite! We loved our stay. I recommend checking out the Fry farm stand too. Close to Jacksonville and many wineries. We hope to come back yearly.

Excellent host and spacious home

Our families enjoyed our time during our stay. This home has every necessity you need for vacation, great pool, jacuzzi, grill, etc. We really liked to u-pick organic vegetables (corns, chilis, peppers, etc) in the neighborhood farm. The host is very friendly and responsible. A great stay in southern Oregon. Highly recommended!
