'This hotel has an excellent, professional and friendly staff. The room is spacious, with newer furnishings, a comfortable bed, excellent pillows, a wonderful recliner, and very clean. This is one if the best hotels that I've ever stayed at in over 15 yrs of booking hotels online. I could stay here for weeks.'

'I will neber use Expedia or this particular hilton again. I paid in advance for 4 nights for a business trip. Had an issue come up at work I CALLED the hotel direct and the Hilton told me if I dod not check in by midnight they were canceling my entire reservation (already paid for) and I would lose the money had have to create a new reservation with them. Spent 2 hours on the phone with expeda who DIRECTLY CALLED THE HOTEL told them it not to cancel the reservation that is was already paid for....

'The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. The view out the full size back...

'This place is a dump and located in one of the worst parts of the city. I could not allow my wife to stay under the present conditions. How Expedia rated this facility at 8.4 is mind boggling. The hotel management refused to refund the room fees. I booked this facility totally based on the information provided by Expedia. Much better homework is needed before you advertise rooms. Based on this experience, will pre-warn all users to be extremely careful when booking via Expedia.'

'The building looks new and located near shopping center and freeway. The elevators are located at extreme ends of the building and far away from front office which is also location for breakfast. Parking around the hotel, but you have to walk to door which is at the other corner of the building. The mattress is old and over-used. The kitchen and dining area crammed into a corner by the entrance, but the sitting area is specious and open. The TV is on a dresser by the wall between 2...

'Our first impression was less than ideal when we discovered that the staff strictly adhere to the 3pm check in time, to the minute. As long as we kept our expectations low, we were not disappointed. The staff were responsive to problems with the TV operation, the pool was good, but don't expect small shampoos or lotions like other hotels, the morning coffee is intermittent, based on cup supplies. Otherwise the hotel serves the purpose and is adequate for the price. Thank you 😊'
