I reserved two rooms for six people: one room with four beds for my family and a second room for myself and my wife. Unfortunately, the hotel gave us two rooms on different floors. We were promised that a room next to my family would be provided within a couple of hours, and there was a room available, but even after two days and multiple requests, they kept telling us to come back later and never fulfilled their promise. As a result, I had to stay far from my elderly parents.
Additionally, the phones in the rooms did not work, and the cleaning service was very poor. I chose Millennium Makkah Al Naseem Hotel after reading many positive reviews, but my experience was very disappointing.
