"Location is great in the middle of the national park, with nice hikes and beautiful (frozen) waterfalls, lakes and rivers around. The cottage is nice with a comfy sofa and more comfortable beds than most cottages I stayed in, but it is a bit too expensive for what you get. Also, after booking, we got a message that bed linen or towels are not included in that price and we should rent them for 75 euros! Cleaning is also not included, so you should do that yourself of pay even more. This felt really absurd for the price that you're already paying. Most of the staff is very nice and friendly, but we had a girl working in the restaurant that was quite rude. The (expensive) food in the restaurant was ridiculously salty and did not have vegetables, so not a healthy choice at all."

"Als je andere opties hebt, dan moet je voor die gaan. Ondanks dat een deel van het personeel van Hotell Fjället erg vriendelijk is, begrijpt het management van het hotel niet hoe je een hotel professioneel moet runnen. De kamers zijn erg klein, outdated. De locatie is echter wel heel erg mooi. Met goed management zou het geweldig zijn. Het is onderdeel van een keten die werkelijk alleen maar uit zijn om veel geld te verdienen. Je moet één dag van te voren aangeven of je kamer schoongemaakt moet worden. Dit zou je direct bij inchecken moeten aangeven. Je wordt er echter niet op gewezen."

"Ik kan me voorstellen dat het er in de winter echt een sprookje is. Het huisje was erg fijn en heerlijke bedden. Maar als je sfeerverlichting wilt zou ik kaarsjes meenemen. Er staat een lekekr bamkje en er is een tv maar een salontafel erbij zou fijn zijn. Ookal zit je natuurlijk op een mooie plek en denk je ik zit toch bijna niet in dat huisje. Alles op het park gaat om 17.00 uur dicht. Dus ja..."
