    Experience the best of every season at this inviting multi-level townhouse, perfectly situated beside Wisp Resort's Down Under Trail for convenient ski-in/ski-out access. This 2 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home is the ideal base for mountain adventures and lake-area fun.

    The main level offers a convenient full bath, a laundry room, and a cozy lounge area with a desk for remote work plus a tucked-away twin bed—perfect for an afternoon nap or an extra guest. Upstairs on the second level, you'll find the heart of the home with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and welcoming living room where you can gather by the wood-burning fireplace (bring your own firewood). The third level features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own balcony, along with two additional full bathrooms that provide plenty of space and privacy for your group. In summer, you're just a short drive from Deep Creek Lake access for swimming, boating, and sunny afternoons by the water. Whether you're here for fresh powder or warm-weather activities, this home's location and amenities ensure a relaxing and memorable stay all year round.

    IMPORTANT TO KNOW:

    *This is a non-smoking/vaping property
    *Check-in is between 4 pm- 9 pm; Check-out is by 10 am.

    WHAT TO BRING:
    Please plan to bring your own supplies. One bath towel and one washcloth per person will be provided. Homes are equipped with cookware, dishes, drinkware, utensils, and bed linens for the max occupancy of the home. Propane will be provided for all propane grills; any refill requests can be made during normal business hours. Some items NOT provided include: paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, beach towels, firewood and makeup remover wipes (recommended to avoid fees for towel damage).

    PETS:
    This home is not pet-friendly. Undisclosed pets will be charged a fee equal to 3x the standard pet fee, per pet.

    WINTER RESERVATIONS:
    A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

    RESERVATION PROCESS:
    WITHIN 24 HRS OF BOOKING, sign the Rental Agreement to begin receiving your pre-arrival information. (Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement.) Once completed, your check-in instructions and door code will be automatically sent ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If you do not receive this info, please check your spam folder first. If it is still missing, contact us before 4 pm to ensure a smooth check-in. *A non-refundable processing fee applies to all reservations.*

The house was as described, had more amenities than we expected, and the location was AMAZING! We enjoyed hot tubbing after skiing in. The internet was down due to a provider issue during our stay, which was the one downside, though the host was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend.

The property was ok, but we were very disappointed that the hot tub didn't work. I booked this property because it had a hot tub for my daughter's summer break, but when we got there, the hot tub was empty and dirty. When the rental company was notified, they said they would have someone over to fill it up, but that never happened. Extremely disappointing....

Staff was very good. The place needs a massive amount of updating. TVs did not work and the heat on the second floor did not work very well. Limited cooking pans/pots. Still a great time at WISP.

The only 5 star thing about this condo was the location for ski in/out. The TV room furniture and kitchen table/chairs are very low budget, my teenagers called it “college housing” quality. Kitchen table chairs rocked and felt like they could break any minute. The kitchenware was also very poor quality. The twin bed mattress in the basement was the lowest quality one could find. The fireplace flue does not close so it was very cold with sub zero temps outside. The windows in the kitchen area felt like they were wide open with how cold that area was. Our food on the floor was colder than the refrigerator food. The bedrooms upstairs need window coverings on the doors as does the family room door. There is no privacy without and no one wants to wake up to with the sunrise on a vacation. The good news was that overall it felt relatively clean and the location was great. Would not stay here again.
