« Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude »

« The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary. »
