Nestled at the edge of Ponderosa State Park, this private cabin offers the perfect combination of seclusion, comfort, and convenience—just minutes from downtown McCall, Payette Lake, Davis Beach, and the McCall Golf Course. Enjoy breathtaking natural surroundings, ample outdoor space, and plenty of room to gather with friends and family.



The cabin’s main level features a large, inviting great room with a propane gas fireplace, soaring ceilings, and plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake, trails, or golf course. The newly remodeled gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an island prep sink, instahot water for tea or cocoa, and dining seating for 18. Whether preparing meals for a large group or enjoying morning coffee, this space makes every meal feel special.



Sleeping arrangements accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably: the main floor has a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom, plus a second bedroom with a queen bed connected to a shared full bath, as well as a convenient half bath. Upstairs, a second master suite includes a king bed, twin bed, and attached bathroom, while additional bedrooms include a full/double bed, a king bed, a twin bed, and a bunk room with a full bed, four twins, and a twin trundle. With multiple living areas, bathrooms, and bedrooms, everyone can enjoy comfort and privacy.



Outside, the cabin offers a large deck with a gas grill and ample seating for al fresco dining. Gather around the outdoor propane fireplace or challenge friends to a game of pickleball on the driveway/blacktop area, complete with net, rackets, and ball. Summer and fall activities abound, with easy access to miles of walking and biking paths through Ponderosa State Park and along the McCall Golf Course.
