'Tawi is the most amazing oasis in near the Kilimanjaro and Amboseli. The staff is the kindest and most professional we’ve seen. The food is amazing and the rooms gorgeous. '

'Extemely angry at our treatment at this hotel. Would recomend avoiding at all costs. We did not want food during our stay and brought are own however the staff made food anyway and guilt tripped us into eating it. We then asked for costs or prices and were told the food was free and inclusive to our stay. Sadly this was a complete a lie and at checkout they tried to charge us 25 pounds a person for each meal. Even the small pack lunches with half a sandwich and an apple. The staff then lied and...

'The ground is unkept and there's no internet connection!'

Esperienza bellissima'

'I was told that there were no reservations, so I couldn't stay. I don't know if it was the hotel's fault or Expedia's fault, but it was the worst.'
