The 5-room house offers a spacious living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace for decoration, a dining table, and a TV. It leads to a terrace outside. There is one room with a French bed and a shower, two rooms each with two beds, and another room with a French bed (160 cm) and a shower. The property has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Amenities Included
The house is equipped with practical furnishings and amenities for a comfortable vacation stay. It features air conditioning, a kitchen with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot. Outside, you can enjoy a large terrace that is partly roofed, with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge.

Other Information
The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, and pets are allowed, with a limit of one pet/dog. Please note that it is a non-smoking house. When there are fewer guests than the maximum capacity, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use. The property is offered by a private individual in accordance with Art. 155, IV of CGI.
