"On the first day they gave us a room with a terrible view from the window onto a dirty roof. This hotel room looked like a locker. It was a big disappointment. We asked for another room, but the manager did not want to make concessions for a long time. At the same time, there were a lot of clients of this hotel who had similar problems. Three nights out of five, someone was shouting loudly and I think they even fought, but the hotel administration did not react in any way. I do not recommend this hotel."
