« Arrived late at night and initially was shown a room next to reception, despite having booked a deluxe room with partial lake view. This was quickly rectified but fan was ineffective and stopped working in the middle of the night »

« I never normally leave reviews however the team outdid themselves during my stay. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I mistakenly left important documents at the hotel which could not be replaced easily. Doreen went out of her way to ensure i had copies of these sent over within an hour or realising and going to find them in the hotel. Doreen, i cant thank you enough for your help and awesome service. Will definitely stay again, thank you team Admas »
