« for a business trip not not recommended ,WiFi does not work once in the room . There was no communication with hotel .com we booked for 2 days only told they were fully booked the following day. however they promised to to sort it out and follow up.They gladly did and it was resolved. for that well done.we spent the second night there »

« A little disappointed with the Reception staff who weren’t very welcoming but it got better. WiFi connection was very hard to get in our room unless you connected near reception. New (double) bed needed as it was very springy and made sleeping very difficult. Good facilities with the pool which, sadly we couldn’t use due to time constraints. »

« The hotel is situated on dirt roads and is close to nothing. The rooms had dead bugs and it seemed unkept. Our reservation included free airport pickup and free breakfast. However, we had to pay for transfer and no free breakfast. According to the hostess, we paid a special rate and it did not include those items. Also, there is no reception after 3 pm (hard to find the hostess at any time), so if something goes wrong, there is no where to go. Also, the power went out in the middle of the...
