'We had an awesome stay at The Hamilton- Hoppin House. The room was very clean and spacious. Our stay was during some of the coldest weather Newport has seen in years and the room was still nice and warm. The property has a ton of historic charm and still provides a very comfortable stay. 'The Outlook Inn is a beautiful bed and breakfast spot. Just a block or two from the center of town, it is located in the perfect spot where it is a bit quieter. 'The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.'
