Lovely summer retreat

The property was spacious and beautiful in a wooded setting with a glistening pool. The house itself was well laid out for cooking and conversation. Lots of spots to lounge inside and outside. Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor grill was nice too. We really appreciated the fenced yard for our pup and the resident car stickers for beach access. The area is beautiful with beaches vineyards farm market and cute towns.

Magical stay in Mattituck

From booking our stay to closing the door when we left everything was spectacular. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Communication was superb. Not only was the location of the house perfect it was decorated beautifully and spotless. Even though we couldn’t use the pool due to the time of year we went it was absolutely beautiful to look at. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. Instantly felt and we cannot wait to visit again I highly recommend spending your time on the island at this beautiful home.

A simple homebase to explore NoFo

We had a very nice stay at the home on Cox Neck Road. It was the good jumping off location for all that there is to do on the North Fork. The home was small and simple, but all that we needed for our family of 4 + 2 grandparents. It is a renovated home with central air. Nothing high end, but does the trick for a rental/ vacation with kids. The heated pool was the highlight.

Wonderful north fork vacation

My family and I (husband, 10 year old son and in-laws had such a lovely time at this beautiful home in the North Fork. The backyard was just gorgeous with the pool, surrounding trees and the horses next door. And the pool was heated to perfection. We were able to swim even on cooler days which we really appreciated. The house is very nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Bedrooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side but the shared spaces were great for hanging together. The kitchen had everything we needed. And the owners were very responsive and helpful. We love this area - its a quick drive to Greenport, Love Lane, beaches, etc. Recommend Little Fish in Southhold and Noahs in Greenport for dinner. Hope you enjoy as we did!!

We had such a wonderful time in this beautiful home! Morgan was prompt and accommodating. The location was perfect and if not a short drive in walking distance to many wonderful spots on the East end. The pool was the highlight! Heated and perfect for night swimming under the stars. My friends and I had a lovely time and we’d definitely stay there again.

We called the house Minnie Pearl....

...everything was so new it still had the price tags on it. We loved our stay in Mattituck! The house was perfect for the two of us and our pups. We grilled on the patio. Every time we thought the kitchen maybe didn't have something we needed to make cooking, we just opened another cabinet and it was there. The 3 bedrooms would make it comfortable for a larger group, we felt like we only used a 1/3 of the house. We wish the weather had cooperated and we could have used the pool, but the back yard and pool area were beautiful. The house is easy to get to and easy to get to both Greenport, Riverhead or Points on the South Fork. There is one winery walking distance that is dog friendly and multiple wineries and breweries nearby. We loved the stay at the house and hope to be able to visit again soon.

Family Getaway

From the day we booked this house, Andrew and Morgan were wonderful. They welcomed us and sent us a list of restaurants and suggestions. We must say this house is beautiful!!!! It is decorated so nice inside. The fenced in backyard was amazing and big with a beautiful pool. This house was in a good location. Everything you needed was here. We had a wonderful weekend and our dog also enjoyed her stay. Thank you Andrew and Morgan for being wonderful hosts. We will be back in the summer for sure to enjoy the pool!!!!!
