'Excellent. Quiet, very well catered and clean. Good shower and comfy bed. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Maria is very welcoming. Great for dogs, with plenty of places to walk dogs. Can't fault Maria's property. I highly recommend it and will return next time we're in the Waikato. '

'Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend '
