Riverfront Home w/ Fishing Pier, Minutes to Beach

Howdy from Matagorda!

Our home is a spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, located right on the Colorado River just a few minutes to Matagorda Beach! This awesome location is sure to provide you with an excellent experience in our awesome fishing and beach community.

Fish from the pier at the house equipped with fishing lights, or head on over to Matagorda Beach at just 5 minutes away. Or head to town, just over the bridge, for some shopping and/or delicious food. Enjoy the coastal breeze from one of our several outdoor seating areas, or even enjoy a fire in the firepit at night!

The bedroom layout is as follows:

Primary bedroom (entire top floor of home): King bed with en suite full bathroom. There is also a desk workstation in the bedroom, and a private balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy! Just imagine yourself waking up to coffee on the patio, overlooking the water!

Secondary Bedroom #1: Located on the main floor.. the bedroom has a queen bed.

Secondary Bedroom #2: Located on the main floor.. the bedroom has a queen bed and also a twin over twin bunk (with safety rails for children).

The kitchen is stocked with all of the kitchen basics. Including a drip coffee machine.

There is a propane grill available for guests to use. Please bring your own propane tank if you plan to use the grill.
