Residenza Tirrenia is a large apartment located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a newly built semi-detached house in Marina di Massa. The excellent position allows you to easily reach both the sea (the nearest beach is just 600 m) and some commercial activities such as bar and shops.

This property is ideal for families and adults; groups of young people are not allowed.

Among the outdoor spaces you will find a private garden with lawn, some balconies and a terrace equipped with a dining table for 6 people. There is also a private parking space for 1 car.

You can access the apartment by climbing some stairs. It can accommodate up to 9 people and has 4 bedrooms: 1 double, 2 twins (that can be converted into doubles if necessary), 1 triple (consisting of a double bed and a single bed). Two bathrooms are available: one with shower and the other with bathtub/shower.

The living area consists of a bright open space, with direct access to the terrace, dining table for 8 people, tv, sofa and kitchen (with stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge and microwave). Following is a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board.

Free Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.

Please note that the entrance to the house is shared with its owners who live on the ground floor.

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); bed and bath linen; final cleaning.



Excluded from the price: Heating according to consumption during winter months; tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 400.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
