'Was a really nice stay over 3 nights. Breakfast, although small, was good. However, we did find 2 socks from a previous guest around the room. Also, one VERY HELPFUL recommendation: we had an accessible room because I'm currently on a knee scooter. However, for that room, a door opener button would be very helpful, as the room doors are extremely heavy. If I was in a wheelchair, there's no way I would have had the leverage to open it up. Also, there weren't nearly enough handicap parking spots...

'Counter and breakfast staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue with evening staff was there was only one person and they seemed to be trying to do a lot of things which took them away from the counter. Had a number of people come to the counter looking for assistance. The counter person would usually show up after a short wait.'

'Everything was in order'

'Had to pay a 30$ for deposit even though I us my card'

'The 1st room we were assigned had a bathroom light which was super dim & broken lights between the beds. We were moved to a 2nd room where the TV turned on but didn’t actually connect to anything. The beds were old, the springs were noisy, and there was no trash can. I tried to have them move us again but the front desk said nothing else was available. I had hoped they would resolve the TV issue while we were gone all day but they didn’t. The lady from night 1 supposedly noted the TV...

'This is in Lansing, MI. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, but there was a buzzer to press to alert the staff. The entry area was very small with a full glass petition to speak to the staff through. The lobby area was locked and not accessible. When the man finally found my reservation, I had offered him my reservation info and he declined, He then had me follow him outside to show me where the room was , opened the door for me to see a king bed instead of the 2 queens I had reserved...
