'This is a unique hotel. Think more like a rental cabin in a usa national park. This is not a cookie cutter us holiday inn room. These are little home built cabins in a gorgeous tropical orchid garden. The beds are clean and comfortable, the shower water is hot and the electric outlets work fine to charge your devices. Wireless is great. Tatiana greeted us warmly and gave us our choice of 3 rooms since it was important to us to have a private bathroom and privacy. We woke to the sounds of birds...

'Es una reserva natural muy bien conservada con senderos que dan al Río Mindo. Realmente hermoso. El alojamiento es muy especial con cabañas de madera y Bambu muy acorde con el paisaje y al mismo tiempo de lujo y cómodas. El personal es sumamente atento y el desayuno es local y recién hecho, delicioso con café pasado. 'La estancia es más que un lugar, es una experiencia de conexión con la Naturaleza en el bosque nuboso. El trato del staff completa la experiencia con su natural amabilidad. Un imperdible son las caminatas, que los guías enriquecen con información y buena disposición. Chicos muy bien preparados.'

Staff are friendly and doing their job. Missed a more personal or famial approach. Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up.'
