Clean, comfortable room with two double beds for just myself as a solo traveler; a beautiful pool area. Fantastic buffet dinners and breakfasts — these were the real highlight and the big sellers for me!!! Excellent, flavorful, fresh food!

A real pleasure
Avani Lesotho Hotel and casino was a real pleasure during my week long stay. The restaurant never ceased to dissapoint with a superb buffet each evening and wonderful and changing variety for breakfast. Thanks to all the restaurant team, front desk and chambre maids.

Convenient location for business travellers
Initially there was a bit of a challenge as the aircons were not working and there was no hair dryers but once we enquired - we were moved to different rooms and were told that we needed to ask for the hair dryers on arrival - the turnaround time to resolve the query was excellent. The staff were both friendly and helpful.

The beds were not comfortable for me, the buffet dinner was limiting yet expensive and the breakfast was not interesting and very limiting. The website pictures are different to the actual room when you get to the hotel.

目抜き通りから少し離れていて、静かに快適に過ごすことが出来ました。スタッフはみな親切・フレンドリーで、レストランも充実していました。建物は古い感じがしましたが、特に支障はありませんでした。お土産物屋さんなどがもっと充実するといいですね。

Lesotho is one of the most beautiful countries in southern Africa, I did enjoy being in the country. I felt the hotel was 15 years behind the AVANI brand - it is a backward AVANI Hotel - the smell in the elevator, poor food, stentch of smoke in the corridor was terrible.

A lot can be done on maintenance
The bath tub was old and looked dirty although it was clean. The electricity was out for a couple of minutes without any information as to what was going on. The shower was not working. The TV reception was poor.

Dated Hotel in need of Update
Used to be a Sun Hotel, but changed last summer to an AVANI Hotel. The hotel is in need of an update and overall cleaning. The rooms were okay, but again, dated and worn. Public area looked as though they had be abandoned. Would choose another hotel next time I visit Maseru.

マセルにはあまりホテルがないため,仕方がないのかもしれませんが,コストパフォーマンスはよくありません。 ホテルの設備は古いです。冷蔵庫はありません。最低限の設備がある程度です。 また,スタッフの対応があまりよくありません。国民性かもしれませんが,笑顔がまったくありません。しかも,チェックアウトの前日に,翌日の空港へのシャトルサービスの予約をしたのに,当日になって,「聞いていない」「その時間にはシャトルサービスはない」と言われ,レセプションで30分以上,待たされることになりました。しかし,スタッフは悪びれる様子はなく,少し残念に感じました。 良いのは,立地です。市内の中心地にあるので,どこにでも行きやすく,ショッピングセンターが近くに2つあることも助かりました。

Hotel need total renovation and improvements on all fronts. But the staff are extremely nice and helpful within the bounds of their limited resources. Manager said that hotel will be closed and renovated in 2016. Long overdue!!! Internet pricing is atrocious; but that is a symptom of bad policies regarding Internet and connectivity in Lesotho in general and the lack of competition.

complexe hôtelier sans caractère, les chambres sont propres mais ressemblent à toutes les chambres des grands groupes hôteliers.Si vous avez le malheur d'y séjourner un weekend ,la piscine ressemblera à une piscine municipale mais pas à un endroit de détente, tellement les enfants de tout le quartier viennent y barboter. La wifi n'est pas gratuite comme cela est précisé sur le site Le personnel de restauration est très agréable , le restaurant propose des formules à un bon rapport qualité prix
