The apartment features a double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds, and a spacious kitchen/living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower stall and a small laundry area for washing small items of clothing. Finally, there is a spacious balcony with awnings where you can enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan. The apartment also features a large terrace, half of which is covered by a sunshade where you can have lunch or dinner outdoors, and the other half is a sun deck with lounge chairs and a shower.

The apartment is located within a residence complex, and each apartment has its own parking space.
As soon as you step out of the residential complex, you can immediately enjoy the beach and the sea, but you can also walk to the supermarket and the nearest tobacco shop.
Just a few hundred meters away is Riposto, with its marina, as well as several pubs, restaurants, and—especially in the morning—its indoor fish market.
If you have a car, Giardini Naxos, the stunning town of Taormina, the Alcantara Gorges, and Mount Etna are all just a few kilometers away.
