'Staff is excellent . Breakfast is very good. Common areas of hotel seem well maintained. The rooms have been updated with very nice kitchens and bathrooms. However, there were stains on the ceiling and paint needed touching up in our room. The bathroom and kitchen were clean but all the doors in the room needed a good scrubbing. And a general dusting of the lamp shades and furniture. The mattress in the sofa bed needs replacing and the queen bed mattress had stains.Bed sheets had some stains as...

' Good hotel, room fine but breakfast very basic, plastic cutlery and little choice'

'Place was dirty, moldy had a nauseating odor. Stains on ceiling. Ben linens were ancient. Bathtub was painted to hide stains. Carpet was disgusting. Front window in room was broken. Unmaintained exterior. Bates motel. Ne demolished.'

'I misplaced my drivers license. I found it. The clerk then told me she had canceled my prepaid reservation and ordered me to leave the premises. She refused to give me her name or the managers name. She refused to give me written documentation that she had in fact canceled my reservation. I called the manager the following Monday. 'Our stay was comfortable and the process super smooth from beginning to end.'

'Todo fue genial junto con mi familia, gracias por el servicio.'

'Room clean, staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast could have a little more variety.'

'Good hotel, only point was our bathroom fan was broken, so we got air in from a different room which was a smoking room. Rest all was super, also breakfast.'

'Centraal gelegen. Parkeergarage naast het hotel. Mooie lobby. Starbucks inpandig. Maar vooral Carl is geweldig, stand-up comedian. Wij waren in Scranton om alles van de serie The Office te zien. Zwembad prima. Aankomst was minder. De dame bij de incheck bakte er niets...

'The breakfast juice machine was out of service and they didn’t offer any juice options. Coffee was not hot. The worst experience we had was that all three of our showers were miserable with no hot water and the warm water turning chilly part way through each shower. They attempted to send a maintenance person but we had already showered and were in a hurry to leave. Reading the reviews and talking to staff, we learned that this was a known issue. Very disappointing.'
